Batten down the hatches a storm is coming! The natural grain in the plywood always makes a nice overlay blend mode. A staple in anybodys texture arsenal.

Shingles....I think there is a treatment for that. Here you're lucky though as they are all natural cedar shingles rather than the nasty asphalt shingles for which there is no known cure.
